Here is an interesting article...I'm surprised they didn't blame "Global Warming" for these 120 day sea level rises.
Seriously though...this is very similar to the actions of the entire world oceans and I would observe that it is due to the earths rotation that causes this sloshing effect in this area and the 22 year cycle that forces the oceans to build at the eastern sides of continents and then to the western sides.
