So here's the philosophical question: since the use of drones acknowledges the shared use of airspace, is it a reasonable extension of societal organization to come up with common rules of use for drones?

I thought that the licensing proposed in the article seemed worthy of consideration - with an exception for the liability clause at the very end of the article. Your thoughts?
