Behold, man has just moved beyond the sound barrier without a vehicle! Mankind has just stepped forward, beyond the clutches of known limitations.

Wow, it's good to know there's something in the world that can fall faster than "Atlas Shrugged" falling down the box office charts. But then, it didn't start nearly as high up as Baumgartner.

Its so cute how much you hate 'Atlas Shrugged'. It must really hit a nerve with you. For instance, I would never even consider going onto a forum where I knew the people didn't agree with my point of view, just to stir the pot and attempt to make them mad. If they want to believe certain things, they are free to do so, as long as they don't attempt to impose those beliefs on me. But I would never consider doing what you're doing, just out of spite. Your behavior is very interesting. You have a real intolerance for people who think differently from you, and that is a real sickness, yet you think you are entitled to do so. This is a great study in the behavior patterns of your type of person.

Good news, then. You're past the denial phase of this movie's failure, and now you're into anger, so it's shoot-the-messenger time. Of course, I wasn't the one who killed the movie, but when you've spent so many weeks posting about it daily on this site, and then the movie pretty much rolls over and dies the moment it leaves the garage, I can see why you'd go through some form of the stages of grief.

And it is of course a delight to be lectured by a Randite on the importance of tolerance. It is almost like being lectured by Mitt Romney on sticking to what you believe in, no matter what.

No, I usualy shoot well before there is ever a denial phase of anything. And what is a Randite? Ayn Rand is a lot further to the left than I am. And for that matter, so is Mitt Romeny. As a matter of fact I'd say you are closer to Mitt Romney's politics than I am.
