    i tend to favor Japanese curry, just keep adding till the flavor is right. Then it's just veges and last night was chicken. Not bad for a weekday.

    Here is something I love. Slow cook a bone in ham for 6 Hrs or so sealed tight with tin foil. Make some mashed potatoes have some fresh mountain rolls with butter. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Bon appetite.

    I'm doing chicken curry but a 1 1/2" bone in ribeye usually does the trick for me.
