does anyone agree with me that the push for Trump

    Ok
You overcome your emotion with rational thinking.
It would be nice if that could happen nation-wide.

More like the uprising of the silent majority whose savings have been stolen, property devalued, burdened with ever increasing taxes, frustrated at the lack of ability to do anything about it, and resentful of the abandonment of reason in the face of being obligated to live for the sake of others. Now is the chance...

Revenge would be to get even though. I dont really think that would accomplish anything.

What I want is for the cronyism and use of government to take from me and give to others to STOP.

That means at a minimum that Hillary and her crony statist contributors must NOT be in power.

Reminds me of the old Walt Kelly comic strip, Pogo.
"We have met the enemy, and they is us."

No. Because Trump is his own connection. He is a law unto himself, and a force of nature. His opponents are the connectors and the connected. The network girds for battle against the maverick--almost the barbarian, because he speaks a language none of them can begin to understand.

A wise saying. But it is hard to hold in the frustrations of the last 20 years or so. The lust for revenge is a powerful emotion and not easily held down. Trump has tapped into the "we'll show those bastards" attitude, and to the surprise of the do-nothing politicians, the more they denigrate it, the stronger it gets.

    There you go....being rational.
So many folks I communicate with are so pissed-off that they want to strike out at someone.

Thanks. You're smarter than my dusty old journalism degree diploma.
At least I once upon a time way long ago a reporter can recall being asked to spell "personnel" for the same newspaper editor who's job was to check my work.
I've heard the two graves saying moire than once on TV. It's usually spoken by an Oriental dude.
Oops, I now recall reading somewhere that writing or saying "Oriental" is no longer PC.
To that I shout ORIENTAL! And they can take that on the Oriental Express.

Its time for defensive moves before 10-289 forbids them in the interest of keeping the politicians in power in an economy crashing under the weight of socialist programs. After the $15 minimum wage will come the restriction on laying non-performing workers off. Laws already require large companies to announce months in advance the laying off of workers (causing those workers to NOT work very much between the announcement and the actual laying off). 10-289 will just get rid of the ability of a business to lay off workers or raise prices on their products. Check out Venezuela to see whats in store for us

I think its instructive to observe in detail whats happening in Venezuela. That is the blueprint for a declining statist country. Maduro takes over cusinesses, tells them what to charge, arrests them for self protecting actions, and outright steals from them through currency manipulations. Its already in place with Obama's EO, and its just there to be sprung upon us when they need to protect their power.

Dino, it doesn't look or sound right because it isn't. When "U" has a long vowel sound like in unicorn, simply use "a"....like a unicorn.

BTW, I think that it was a Chinese philosopher who said something like, "When you plot revenge first dig two graves."

The moment you mention the name Trump, liberals go completely bipolar. From their perspective he is going to start world war 3, isolate america from the rest of the world, and screw up the economy.

Ironically this is EXACTLY what the democrats are doing. Intentionally or not.

Of course the push for Trump is perceived as anger and revenge. Wish I could swear here to express my state of mind.

Must say I had a fairly good conversion rate of Hillary to Trump via Skype. About 7 out of 10. People are lazy to think. They tend to attach themselves to group perception.

Agreed. I sincerely hope you succeed in your endeavor on the worker issue. I see some sort of 10-289 coming, it already started with O and his executive order to being able to take over the financial and other industries for the national good in a crisis.

    Absolutely.
It's a matter of "See what you've done, you rascals you." The responsible members of our society (still the majority - for a while) are damned angry of getting screwed over by politicians. Even the true believers are coming out of their comas to recognize that politicians represent only themselves and not the people who elected them, and they are monumentally pissed off. I'm considering putting up a sign that reads: VOTE FOR BELLA BEAGLE! ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS FEED HER.

I agree totally. I am going into totally defensive mode to protect what I have from her. We can start with the $15 minimum wage. I am madly trying to make some of our minimum wage workers worth $15/hour, and getting rid of the rest of them before she puts in 10-289 to forbid laying off workers (thats next when they start seeing the layoffs of workers NOT worth the $15).
She will try to stretch the economic rubber band some more to keep the establishment perks in play, but that will fail disastrously at some point, followed by another bailout (thats why goldman pays her $200k for a speech she wont even let us in on).

In the meantime, I am voting for Trump to at least slow things down a bit and tell us when the emperor has no clothes. He isnt John Galt, but a John Galt would never get out of the starting gate in this culture at this time.

I must not want revenge. Unimpressed by Johnson, I feel stuck with The Donald only in a hope to make the Wicked Witch of the East fly away on her socialist sweeping device.
I consider Princess Pelosi to be the Wicked Witch of the West by the way. You know, the same socialist sorceress who raised the Evil Dead by casting the zombie spell that weaved, "By the dark powers of the dank skank dumbo goddess, my mirror on the wall, let us pass this bill to see what's in it. Alakazam!"
Captain Kangaroo's old "please and thank you" incantation was somewhere in there but I forget where it goes.

We are totally messed up if Hildabeast wins, you can kiss the US Constitution goodbye. I am not being incredulous, she has proven it with statements going back to when she was First Lady. Like all socialist progressives, yes, she is one, she totally thinks that we do not deserve to have freedom or rights. She believes in The World Order, Agenda 21 or whatever you want to call it, one World, with no borders and common laws between all of them and being subservient to the United Nations. I am not wearing a tin foil hat, I am being realistic that we are in deep do-do if she wins.
