It is sad when we have to rely on a non profit group to have the endurance to fight the BS stuff politicians can generate to try to spin a situation their way. Their website is a littany of government waste, ripoff and sheer incompetency. OIf course Congress has a way around that. They can offer clemency in exchange for testifying. Doesn't have to be accepted just offered. Then the IT is compelled to testify
Why would the IT take the fifth?
1. No matter what was written down or taped and destroyed someone has a clear an certain memory. If it's more than one someone it's a conspiracy. First one to cut a deal wins.
