Privatize Education

Unfortunately, the First Amendment does not have a clause: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of education, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. The case for government keeping its hands off of education is just as strong as the case for it keeping its hands off of religion. To expect government to provide education any more effectively than it provides anything else is folly. More perniciously, to expect government schools to not teach government propaganda, secular religion that contradicts other beliefs and logic itself, is a triumph of that propaganda over experience and common sense.

    This op-ed is a 'keeper'!

Homeschooling, charter schools, and vouchers scare the pee out of the Statists, for all of the obvious reasons.

We ran our own "privatized" education. We homeschooled our 6 kids. Worked out rather well, if I may say so myself.

Very interesting. While I would hope that there would be privatized education in the future, some parents will continue to send their kiddies to the government run baby sitting service.
