they were hysterical!
I rarely disagree with him, and I can't argue with anything he writes in this piece.
He did, however, make a major boo-boo:
"In the past year, the Supreme Court has ruled that if you are in police custody and fail to assert your right to remain silent, the police at the time of trial can ask the jury to infer that you are guilty."
He meant to say "and assert your right to remain silent."
His argument goes on to say that your silence is not supposed to infer guilt, but that has now changed....
