Hey man, as long as it looks like there are plenty of shades of skin, we must be diverse. Hahah. That's cool as long as you're not an Objectivist. No one likes them much.

I sat on a professional board with several colleagues, one of whom is a black man. I remember how disgusted he was as he told me that he could hardly believe that Princeton did not offer his daughtera full scholarship when she was offered a place in the freshman class. After all, her SAT score was 1200! I was completely flabbergasted. For heavens sake, my daughter would not even be considered for admittance to Princeton with an SAT of 1200, as she is white. What blew my mind was that he was clueless. He seemed to have no idea that she was an affirmative action admission. To me that is a denial of reality. She did not earn her admission to Princeton, but he had no idea.
    Edit: left words out

I should add that this man is a good, capable man who I admire and like. I was surprised how unaware he was of the role affirmative action played in his daughters acceptance.
