    In electronics, we blame "cosmic rays" for this. :)
    (Cosmic rays are real and do affect electronics, but probably less frequently than they're invoked.)

    It says their interaction with matter would be weaker than neutrinos. Don't neutrinos pass through the whole planet with only infrequent interactions? This means that micro black holes could be everywhere, even passing through the earth?
