    I am sorry to say that this not just an issue in the EPA. Employment law especially in the public sector is so skewed in the favor of the employed that this type of thing happens all the time. Employers are afraid of the costs of defending a lawsuit they are unlikely to win. The system is twisted.

    Yea...to say the least.
    Government is full of creatures like this! That's where they all go for employment. Just check out the State Department...it's a Prerequisite!

    Again...that's why we call it a Kakistocracy...we could call it a "Mental Asylum" also...
