You can rent those message boards on a trailer at some equipment rental places... just need the truck to haul them. Not sure how much they go for anymore, but parked in a conspicuous place, next to a major road, looking semi-official (with 28" traffic cones and such), you could have 7 "panels". about 1 second each... In the following order...
