These should be shocking revelations but they are just affirmations of what we already knew. That is, the few who are paying attention.

  Exactly, but the more that get informed, maybe, the more that will begin to fight back. Also, I think it is almost instinctive to know this, even of you do not want to admit we can be so duped. That may help explain the Trump issue, and why so many people from so many disparate backgrounds will vote for him, simply to express the anger they know the DC clowns don't give a fart about.
