Not only a comment on our "justice system" but on our school system. Note this from the prosecution's star witness..
"Jeantel also testified she couldn’t read cursive writing. In particular, she couldn’t read her statement she purportedly wrote (in cursive) implicating George Zimmerman."

Something just dawned on me: she is a 19 yr old high school senior, and cannot write, or read, handwriting.

How does she even function in a classroom setting? She can't take notes, or write out the answers to a test.

And how the heck did she get graduated to the 12th grade...?

But she will get to vote Democrat someday.

Cursive handwriting is no longer taught in schools. I wonder if they rewrote it in printed English (full words, not twitter abbreviated) if she could read it. I cannot believe the things that are coming out of her mouth OR overall disrespectful mannerisms. Startling to watch...and hear.

I've been following her testimony, and she has said under oath that she had some else write the letter on her behalf. Then she admitted that she wasn't able to read it in front of the court.

What I noticed when the defense lawyer read parts of the letter, that it was clearly worded many grade levels above her ability to communicate in front of the jury. There is little doubt that the letter was not her own words...thoughts, maybe, but not composed by her. That alone should make the letter 'hearsay'.

Then, when she claimed that "cracker" wasn't a racial slur for whitey, I think that the prosecution lost her as a credible witness forever. Everyone knows that "cracker" is the blacks equivalent to a Caucasian's saying the 'n' word.

She is supposed to be the prosecutions "star" witness....
