they should make a list. Here's my short one for Colorado mountain communities.
Lake City, Pagosa Springs, Rifle, Cortez, Grand Junction. Perhaps Montrose which is near Ouray.

I hope that Ouray is able to break off with them.. In my dreams I am able to talk my wife into letting me buy the Billy Goats Gruff and we move to Ouray and I get to do my best Hugh Akston impression..

If they are smart, they will manage to secede from Colorado and take territory status and not move to become a State.
