Ok, I have heard from the video guy, he will not be able to make it on such short notice.

So that means we will have to use my very sub-par video camera.
But, it will be better than nothing.

I also have not heard yet on the usual venue, although I don't think it will be a problem.

If I can get the venue, shooting the video sometime tomorrow might be best.
