The Latest in the Nevada Sage Grouse Lawsuit - The Three Grouseketeers

Last Friday the latest development in the Nevada sage grouse lawsuit was the filing of a Motion for Summary Judgement with Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt leading the way.

In the on-going discovery process, our attorneys have had access to the Administrative Record of the federal agencies involved. Turns out the federal bureaucrats met with greenie enviro groups after the public comment period was closed to ensure that the land use management plans would be "suitable" for their support.

And there is a ton more in the article. Clearly there are some that should be issued orange jumpsuits.

Science and conservationist are at opposite ends of the spectrum. Nature takes care of itself...if a brush fire wiped out that area they would relocate or cease to exist...that's the laws of nature. The whole thing is a scam. These creatures (conservationist that is) want everyone to live in tee pees and walk on tip toes.

Thanks Carl: For replying on this post. I was getting worried no one was looking.

Funny you should mention brush fire. One of the central elements at heart of this issue is that the BLM and other federal agencies have managed the lands to the point that fires are rampant and are one of the main factors that threatens the sage grouse habitat. This is how they maintain crisis levels justifying more control.

This is so close to my heart. Besides having my livelihood taken by the mineral withdrawal, I have traveled up through this extremely remote country now with at least three different people that grew up there. The sentiment is so sad as to how federal management has destroyed the area in the last 30 years.
