As if Holder would actually take the case.

How about making every voter dip their thumbs into dye so that they couldn't vote twice? Like Iraq does. The Libs couldn't call this racist.

Well you are not going to get any serious voter fraud cases while AG Holder is in office and the roots of the tree of liberty cannot be watered with ink. We're running out of options.

Even Nixon wouldn't use the IRS to target enemies. Now it's standard operating procedure. Remind me never to cross you Pirate.. You know your stuff.

She waved her right to invoke the 5th Amendment when she said "I did nothing wrong." She's just the fall guy for those above her. The email trail may not go all the way to the WH, but here is the verbal marching orders to do what ever it takes (actually it was in the SOTU speech, but this is the same response). http://www.politicususa.com/2013/10/08/o...

Yeaaaah, not even in the slightest. You NEVER waive your 5A rights unless you're in the midst of an actual confession, you can't: it's a Natural Right, you can no more waive that than you can waive breathing.

I believe we already have. DOJ is making some BS noises about racism, but it probably wont go anywhere. Funny thing about it...the libs are always talking about Republicans being racist....who the hell do you think passed all those Jim Crow Laws....DEMOCRATS!!!

The states are doing it themselves. Since NC was taken over by Republicans they have done yeoman's work in correcting 140 years worth of Democrat mischief. Cutting taxes and working with other states on voter fraud is just the tip of the iceberg. We discovered 35,000 voters in NC alone that had voted in other states as well...[that is people with the same name and birthdate.] Voter fraud is how these lib whack-a-doodles get in office and you and I hardly ever meet anyone who agrees with how they govern.

Getting voter ID in place and put an end to the rampant 3rd world style voter fraud we have here in the USA. We also need to get a few prosecutions to bring home the seriousness of voter fraud. When you have an elections official in Chicago IL that admits ON THE RECORD she voted 4 times and no prosecution...you know you have a problem. This upcoming election may be the last time we have a chance to save our country, after that the Mob will control too many voting precincts and there will be too many people on the dole. The ACA has unfortunately created a whole new class of welfare recipients

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ay9eThmzp...

Rep Gohmert is actually quite polite to Holder compared to the way AG Gonzalez was treated by the likes of Senator Leahy or BHO or Clinton or Reid or (insert obnoxious liberal statist here).

Holders purposeful lack of interest in pursuing the investigation into the IRS targeting of conservative groups was escalated to crisis mode back at DOJ with the emails released between Rep Cummings and the IRS today. They must be in full OH SHIT! mode now.

Judge Louie got our $100 Joe Wilson honorary "You Lie!" award for 2014 for telling Holder who he reports to -- us taxpayers, represented by fine folks like Judge Louie!

Rep Louie Gohmert put Holder on notice that everyone in the majority on that House committee knows Holder has nothing but contempt for the rule of law when it could damage the regime.

GOHMERT: I've read you what your department promised, and it is inadequate. And I realize that contempt is not a big deal to our attorney general, but it is important that we have proper oversight.
HOLDER: You don't want to go there, buddy. You don't want to go there, okay?
GOHMERT: I don't want to go there?
HOLDER: No.
GOHMERT: About the contempt?
HOLDER: You should not assume that, uh, that is not a big deal to me. I think that it was inappropriate and it was unjust. But never think that that was not a big deal to me. Don't ever think that!
GOHMERT: There have been no indications that it was a big deal, because your department has still not been forthcoming in producing the documents that were the subject of the contempt.
