I think Joe Walsh said it best (paraphrasing here), that all the new stuff is computer generated and perfected in the studio, what makes it music is the subtle differences and occasional mistakes of a real band. Hank Marvin of The Shadows made a mistake in a performance, but everyone loved it and now that's the way it's played.| Permalink
