I noticed this a few years back as I was doing research...I started using other search engines and got different results...last year I started using goodgopher.com and so far, seem to be getting more accurate and unbiased information.

I accept the point that search engines have great power and influence, but I don't get what they're saying about ranking and political candidates. If you search Milwaukee plumber search ranking has a huge effect. I don't think people are searching US presidential candidate and selecting one based on search ranking.

The host says "honestly, I never heard of [search engine ranking being influential]." Honestly, she says? Honestly? She works in media and never thought about search engine ranking?

I wouldn't be shocked to find some issues with the politics and the search engines, but this story is just typical Fox "News" fluff.

Google largely was responsible for the riots in north Africa, part of the so-called Arab Spring.

This is what gets my goat...these corporations think that they have no responsibility for doing harm to their customers...reason would tell you that if you harm your customers then you will end up with no customers...it's really immoral.

The processed food industry is the most guilty of all...hard to believe they are either that stupid or that evil...
