But, the private sector, particularly suspicious0bservers.org is already preparing prediction protocols and they will be integrated into a downloadable apt within months.
As far a government is concerned at this point...surviveability of such an event...is up to the individual...they haven't even started a process to protect our grid...nevermind anything else.
