    The idiot neighbor should be charged with making a fake 911 call. The cop needs to be spanked.

    It would be in the arrest report. And in the sworn warrant. Each player in this comedy of tragic errors can be found out, unless they're playing like they're now a FISA court in Monterey Co.

    California Psychosis. Maybe Monterey County wants to secede from the union, and decided to start by going after military officers? A Sheriff who takes the law into his own hands, gussies up the police report to try to justify his act of stupidity, and then, their DA wants to PURSUE this? God, what nutcases.

    Deplorable. After being presented with identification the cop should have gotten his trespassing a** out of that soldiers home. I think the guy should file a lawsuit against the police department for use of excessive force, trespassing and anything else he can think of. At least get as much public attention to this as possible. Make as much noise as is needed to get that cops badge, filing charges ...errrr
