Hmmm, these days, a man of reason is in the minority.

There's no controlling others in that option....and that's what this is about.

A president who understands that it is common sense to sell the land to the guy who is getting some use out of it versus the government which is doing absolutely nothing with it besides kill tortoises. Sell the stupid land and win some votes in the process, everybody wins.
