Other than the right to invite others to spend their money for these GaltCoins, which gives them the ability to invite others to buy GaltCoins that give them the right to invite others etc. etc., e.g. continue the chain, what exactly do they do? Can they be cashed in for cash? Traded like Bitcoins for goods and services? THAT is the question... before I throw down my hard earned lucre, I want to know it's an investment, rather than a scheme.

This looks very interesting. Surprised there isn't some conversation on it. Anybody know much about it?
