I just found this interesting and informative. How doe sit plug into Objectivism? Not entirely sure, though PERSONAL CHARACTER is huge in my view of objectivism and Conservatism.

    Yes...what he's doing has a name now. It's amazing what people will fall for. All emotionally based too. I have NO sympathy for those who don't question his intent and just take his words at whatever face value they assume they have.

    I have always thought this about him. Every time he says, "Let me be clear," I cringe. During his speeches (which I do not watch anymore, as it is an exercise in frustration), I could refute nearly every utterance he makes, and point out how he sounds good to the uninformed listener, but how he is being deceptive. Now, we have a term for it: tawriya.
