Seems like too many looters spoil the pot. First Daley, now Emanuel, and they borrow and impose taxes to pay crazy retirements. I retired with 20 years in the Navy and get 17K a year. Oregon has a similar system as Chicago and is in the smae mess, yet they continue to kick the can down the road. Is it any wonder we keep being looted to pay for their special interest rewards?
