The 'death panel' is a new beast, with god-like powers. Congress should repeal it or test its constitutionality.

    Who lives? Who dies? No problem. I work for the government. I know everything... I listened to Obama the Omniscient and Omnipotent!
    Seriously, what kind of hubris does it take to consider that power/ fate legitimately held by anyone but the patient?
