ATF's threatening tactics against gun shop owner

So, here is one more red flag regarding an agency that has seriously gone over the line, namely the ATF. The illegal scanning of records kept by the gun shop owner, by an agent who thought he could intimidate the owner. It didn't work, but now the owner has had to hire a lawyer, and the ATF has him in their illegal sights.

    Clearly the gov't in the form of the ATF is creating a database of gun owners. One can only come to the conclusion that this will be used at some point to confiscate said guns.
