    Quite. We had a shooting in the past at a Sikh temple. You guessed it, they were a gun free zone.

    I'm not sure that narrows it down much. Terrorists are fairly nutty. Do we know his religious affiliation?

    Experience (and data) teaches us that when there is freedom to carry, crime goes down.

    Regardless, those that seek to control fear an armed populace as they have the means to resist those efforts to control them. They will never admit such, and will use these types of incidents to create scare campaigns to convince the uninformed masses that guns are evil and must be banned.

    Wow. You sounded like Hillary right then. Over? I say it's not over until these ass hole powers that be who deem it just that soldiers can't carry on a military base get some smelling salts and wake the he'll up to reality. People have died in 2 separate incidents when they could have defended themselves instead of being mowed down while waiting for police...ON A MILITARY BASE. Both murderers knew they were dealing with sitting ducks and that's why they chose the base to have their spree. I just heard a ft. Hood cop say he wasn't in favor of them open carrying. Wtf is going on????

    The article lists its publishing date as April 3, 2014, but today is the 2nd. But given that the numbers 2 and 3 are right next to each other on a keyboard, it's understandable that a typo could easily occur. Newscasters aren't perfect.
