This is one example of a novel converted to mini series and done well.
It helps that the author and creator is also executive producer of the series.
Incidentally, Connelly also has a recurring role as himself in the Castle tv series.

    We are streching them out over a few more days, interspersing with old episodes of Castle et al. I have been reading the books again over the past year, too. I am wondering when they will add the black-sheep FBI profiler to the cast.

    I was angry when they pretended that asset forfeiture of $250k cash is fine when there was no evidence of wrongdoing by the owner of the car (who was a murder victim and could not defend his property.)

    Good news! I've always liked the books, and I thought the series captured the "feel" of Bosch very well.
