For religious people: What do you think of this? – Christian prophecy about Russian invasion of America

It's a common theme among many Christian fundamentalists to tell stories about the possible invasion of the United States by foreign countries, usually it's whatever country is currently feared by the general public, but most commonly Russia. Personally, I have to remain skeptical, as I don't think dreams are a reliable source of information. Still, the possibility of foreign invasion is not totally without merit, and it could be argued that our dreams are simply our subconscious minds acting out potential scenarios about things we fear and trying to find solutions to the problems we're dealing with while awake. Even if I can dismiss the dreams, I cannot dismiss the fear on which they're based. War is a very real thing, and the idea that we might not be adequately prepared is very disconcerting.
Of course "The Communist Manifesto" was not even written until 1848, so it's difficult to say for certain when the labor movement became infused with Marxist ideology. The first English translation of the Manifesto was produced in 1850, so an approximation of ten to fifteen years to reach American soil sounds reasonable.
*shrugs* Never say never. But as far as what fundamentalist christians belief: I think it’s more insightful to point out these type of conspiracies are put forth by fear-mongering scam artists, who make a living at directing naive fundamentalist christians towards their collection plates. You got to be really stupid to believe this junk, but you have got to be really full of yourself to think nice people don’t occasonally get suckered in,
I'd say "fundamentalist" is a synonym for "mainstream". Its opposite would be "modernist" or "revisionist". If you're the kind of person who believes in the Christianity preached 150 years ago, I'd say you're fundamentalist. This view is pretty much echoed here:

Not sure how you distinguish the two. As the last paragraph on that link describes, there has been some cultural shift in the meaning of this word. However, you can also see in that last sentence how fundamentalism is equated with orthodoxy (what is mainstream).

Maybe Duduman's theories about foreign invasion are totally off base, but his theories about an internal revolution started by the Communists appear to have legitimate evidence to support them:

Also, tourism and foreign visitors don't count as invasion, either.
I'm mostly agnostic myself, so I always try to remain objectively skeptical and take everything with a grain of salt. Still, the way Russia has been acting recently has me very worried...
