    Heck, forty percent isn't even coming from their neighbor - it's coming from their children and grandchildren.

    Probably a lot of people say they understand the law but really don't. Not all of the law has been revealed yet, and much of it "the Secretary shall determine" at her whim. I wonder if a person would really approve of the law if he had to "beg" his neighbor personally for the subsidy for which the neighbor is forced to pay. Probably a lot of people think the "government" is some magical entity that creates wealth to give away--not that their taxpaying neighbors are the source. The Independent Payment Advisory Boards themselves--especially if they cannot be appealed--should be enough to scare us all to strongly disapprove the law.
