Judge awards 'permanent' custody of Justina Pelletier to Massachusetts

For anyone who has been following this case this is a tragic development.

    Not sure. Dr Phil had the family on a few weeks ago and experts agreed this was mishandled. It sounded like every one expected custody to be returned to the parents. This is just bizarre. Apparently this hospital has been involved in other cases like this.

    I hate to go all CT, but it is so illogical, one can only try and look for a logical reason...the only one I can see is once the opportunity presented itself, the power grab was too much to pass up. DHS: we make an example in Justine's case. Do Not Fuck With Us. We Can And Will Take Your Child
