To their credit, The Washington Post actually praised the filmmakers of AS2. But you can tell they have a serious case of the gooooo for Ayn Rand's novel. It's the material they don't like, which we all predicted would happen. (And yes, TMZ would pay big bucks for those pictures. Don't kid yourselves.)

    You are right on. In this case, as in others, they simply don't like the novel. The thing that got me most about this review was the label of antiquated. Yes, there are trains, but to focus on that is a very cursory reading. I think that most people that think about the material are actually quite taken with how relevant the novel is, even today 55 years after publication.
