The Supreme Court, Scalia, and Restoring the Constitution

Antonin Scalia is dead. Will the Constitution die with him? His replacement should be an even more consistent advocate of liberty and tied to what should be the central theme of the election: the restoration of the Constitution!

    Hello DrEdwardHudgins,
I concur. Great article. I'm surprised it has not garnered more attention.
the Constitution must be restored. It is not an Objectivist document, but it is the best foundation for a government that Rand could find. If it was good enough for Rand, it is good enough for me. I do not expect to live to see a completely objectivist friendly government. At this point I do not expect to see it even rolled back to that which Rand first found.
    Thank's for the input,
    O.A.

Worst case scenario: Hillary is elected, Dems take the Senate, and Hillary appoints Obama to the court. America dies. So better get out there and make sure this doesn't happen!
