Putin stokes, taps Russians' resentment of America and the West

That's how you get ready for a war. Make the enemy into something that the people are able to despise and grow to hate. Get the focused on the evil enemy and war is much easier.
Not that Putin thinks it will take a war to reconstitute the USSR, it won’t. We, the west, have demonstrated the same lack of conviction that the powers did in 1938.
Many talk about the return of 1020, forget that, we are returning to 1938 and that didn't do too well the first time and it will be worse the second.
