I Nurse The Suspicion That Justice Scalia Was Murdered

Old Dino has been sniffing the air. And something seems a bit fishy.
I read that Scalia was quite lively and having a good time before he said that he was tired and wanted to sleep.
I also recall reading that the Clintons have a history of people who suspiciously wind up dead.
I could be wrong--if only about the Clintons.

My first thought, after being saddened, was that the timing of his death was perfect for the ojenda (just like Breitbart).

Sadly, I see the discrete murder of a SCOTUS as something our government would do with little hesitation.

My wife and I came to the same conclusion. The article has many holes in it, he goes to be at night, then fails to get up for breakfast or dinner, and then they find him with pillows over his head? Looks as if he didn't awake from a nap? This sounds like really bad fiction. And very believable since the govt seems to not care if you believe them or not.

One could say that the timing appears to be too perfect.

I trust you are all kidding, right? What do you mean about "perfect" timing? Perfect would have been 6 months ago when even Mitch McConnell would not be able to invent an invisible ink Constitutional exception to the Appointment clause in the President's last year. You have the burden of proof on this issue. What is your evidence of murder?

See my comment and tell me that was a normal visit to a high money ranch, and his security does not check on him regularly. The motive is to provoke a crisis and make the republicans become rabid dogs screaming NO and stalling, making them look like they are the problem. The Obamamnation serenely supplies a POS candidate and then claims racism, obstructionism, etc, attention is gone from HillaryBeast and she sails into office. The Clinton's have so many "suspicious" deaths, whats one more to get her to her rightful place?

"His security" was the US Marshalls Service. I have been in this precise situation myself. The Marshalls monitored when he went into his room that evening and would monitor when he came out (which he never did, of course). They probably had a dog or dogs in the area looking for unwanted intruders. They do not do a "bed check" as if he were a prison inmate. They do not wake him up or tell him it's time to rise and shine. This was completely "normal" for a federal judge visiting a resort facility.

Of course, I have a burden of proof which I lack. A suspicion is often the first step of an investigation.
          Two Merriam-Webster definitions--
Suspicion: The act or an instance of suspecting something is wrong without proof or on slight evidence.
(Slight evidence would be why was that pillow over Scalia's head)
Proof: The cogency of evidence that compels acceptance of a truth of a fact.
(But I'm still smelling a skunk about this death)

The sad part is many of us question his death and the timing with the Union being upset, my wife and myself included. There is a reason for such speculation given what we all have heard and seen in the past few years. The government has lied to us about many events. There are so many stories and theories, even if we hear the truth we can never be sure that it is the truth. We have protester like the rancher shot 9 times - why? There was no reason other than our government what him out of the way, he raised too many questions. Now any protestor or organization that supports the Constitution are now domestic terrorist according to the people running out government. Yet all we hear is talk and more talk. I have no idea what to do or who I can trust any more.

That being an Italian rifle, only a cuscino silenziatore was left behind.
That's Italian for a pillow silencer.
It's a choker that leaves no bullet holes to investigate.
It's not much for leaving other marks either.

None. And many SC Justices have passed away in the past. They all authored opinions which upset one political group or another. None were murdered. And if they passed away in their beds without signs of foul play they were not autopsed.

But they didn't die while Obama the corrupt was in office after having opposed his majesty's greatness This is like dumping Bin Laden's body and making up a BS tale. Obama's administration has repeatedly lied and covered up lies. Doing an autopsy to shut down any discussion like this one is an obvious rational step to take IF you aren't trying to cover up something.

We all know that Obama has learned much from his mentors - Alinsky, Lenin, Stalin...
              2. SC Justice who regularly opposes the Dear Leader dies, after being in fairly good health the day before.
              3. The body is not examined by the coroner or anyone else except the US Marshalls.
              4. The cause of death is "determined" to be a heart attack. This "determination in made over the phone, without seeing the body and only discussing the issue with a US Marshall, who is undoubtedly a medical expert in his spare time.
              5. An autopsy is not ordered immediately.
              6. An autopsy is not ordered lately.
              7. Most of Putin's enemies have died and continue dying "from natural causes..."

Might as well leave a Carcano in the corner.

Scalia's family is, I believe, made up of highly observant Roman Catholics. I doubt they would cremate. That's who "they" are. And as for the location of his death, I can't think why you would think it "suspicious" for him to die in a bed other than his own. He traveled a lot.

This has been handled in a manner to almost create suspicion. Obama loves to poke at America. Creating doubt might be to his pleasure. No autopsy, a quick embalming, pronouncement of cause of death over the phone based on a discussion with a US Marshal could all be incompetent cover-up or intentional incitement.

If the immediate next of kin ( his wife or any one of his many many children) wanted a private autopsy if they harbored any suspicions about his death, couldn't they have one done ? Wouldn't his own family know his health most accurately ?
I love a good conspiracy, but then I take my tinfoil hat off and just say to myself what a staggering loss this is. And tremendously sad.

Since the Clintons like to kill off so many of their adversaries, it does one pause, but I really do think this wonderful man died of natural causes. When you're 79 years old, things like this happen. What better tribute to him than to replace him with someone who is a constitutional originalist. The Senate has got to hang tough.

That is the whole point, which we will be entertained with and diverted from all other things. Thats what is so concerning. You are correct, there is also a possibility he did just die, but some formal details beyond what has floated would go a long way to help. The problem is so little credibility of any information source anymore.

According to several public sources, Justice Scalia had medical issues, once his Dr. provided medical info and the family verified, they said no autopsy - absolutely their right.

That said, given what we have seen out of DC the last decade, we would be whiskey stupid to not consider the question.

Heres what the communist would love to do, pardon Hillary, then recess appoint her, uncle Joe and Warren the native American would then "have to run" to continue to spread flowers on BHOs sh*t pile.

Haven't seen anything about that, if true, one would think he would have some sort of trauma team with him, or they would have a medical monitor on him, a friggin fitbit can send your pulse data to an android phone, so I would think a SC judge would have something.

Our present government is no where near original just a pale imitation of the failures of that which it follows.

Our real government was and is original

The goal is not to defeat Hillary our goal is to reacquire our government and defeat in detail this evil that has taken it's place.

Efforts to any other conclusion are made to the strains of "Flushing For The Common Man.""

How long has it been since "our real government"? I am guessing it died around 1860? But yes, that is pretty much what is needed. The power of big business and their self interests do not encourage the old ways, jedi.

An autopsy would be the proper thing to do. However, the thought of a loved one being sliced and diced even though it's just a carcass, is horrifying to many people. We try to not be naïve, which causes us to look at the negative aspect of everything. Add to this, that Scalia was and is greatly revered and the thought of making this kind of a fuss over his death would be anathema to many folks. Even if it is foul play, it would be a lose-lose situation to anyone wanting to investigate the great man's passing.

I also nurse the suspicion that Antonin Scalia died from an act of murder. We can easily show that the local authorities did not handle his death in a manner up to professional standards. No autopsy--are they kidding? A prominent public official dies suddenly when in apparent good health, and apart from the presence of any witness? That's an automatic Medical Examiner's Case in any jurisdiction where I have ever practiced or trained. And what to do about the report from an employee of that dude ranch, that whoever found him, found his head underneath a pillow?

Add this to it: seek whom the crime would profit.

Antonin Scalia would have been our real-life Judge Narragansett. And that would definitely make him a target.

People who die in bed often are found with pillows near or on them. Try again. Hint: Tell us about wounds, weapons, bleeding, signs of breaking and entering, people who entered his room, witnesses who heard something unusual, etc. There were US Marshalls on site whose only duty was to monitor and protect Scalia. They probably had dogs with them. Don't you think they looked for signs of foul play?

Putins crowd has offed several ex agents in other countries with impunity, even when the country knows it. The guy who dies in DC from the tiny dose of radioactive material was a classic case, killed by something only an incredibly small group of organizations have access to.Not beyond the realm of possibilities.

Putin intentionally uses radioactive material to kill his critics because it sends a message. But he has also killed some without a trace. When Bill was in office (Hillary's wife), there are a couple of dozen people associated with Whitewater and his other escapades that had a mysterious, though premature, death from natural causes...

Really? Do not be so naive. This whole thing sinks and is full of holes.Where was his guards? He went to bed after dinner and missed breakfast and lunch, yet was known to be full of energy and life and got up early each morning? There was a fox lawyer who was an acquaintance who describe how he was up at 6am every morning, because he hated to waste time.

On this morning he was dead so he did not rise early. Are you claiming that it must have been murder because the US Marshalls Service, his "guards," didn't enter his room or try to raise him? I know from personal experience that they would never do that unless they heard something or saw something untoward. Or the dogs alerted. They are quite deferential to the federal judges. You may think that policy is wrongheaded, but it is , in fact, the policy.

So the security is basically outside protection? If an intruder gets in, tough luck? I would say, especially in a non secure environment, that they should have been right on to, unless he very nicely decided to fall gently on the bed, cover his head with a pillow , so he wouldn't disturb the guests or security....Sorry, I don't trust this government, it is one heck of a lot of co-incidents we have here. Unless you really are voting for Hillary, then everything is just fine, thank you.

Federal judges do not have in room security. The Marshalls and their dogs roam the public areas and keep the judge's room entry in sight at all times. They do not do a bed check. The pillow was above his head not covering it, according to the guy who found the body. What is strange about this?

If we had a govenment that was trustworthy which means we are separate from the government that exists the question would not arise.

The mere fact it has come up for comment is the proof of it's failure as a government and or failure for condoning - worse- supporting it.

I am firmly an "anti-conspiracy theory" individual. But in this case?

Motive: I can't think, from what I have observed about Obama, anything that would put him in a murderous rage than his personal, most precious, anti-Industrial policy being blocked by SCOTUS. Days before this happened.

    Opportunity: He's the President,for God's sake.

    Other points:

    No autopsy?

Cause of death by phone? Yes, Baden says that is "common" now. But for a Supreme Court Justice?

With regard to the last two points: the likelihood, after Kennedy etc., of wanting to avoid any suspicion whatsoever of a conspiracy, would argue for not "pronouncing" over the phone, and an autopsy to be done.

That it was not, to me, is simply unreasonable.

Scalia stood in the way of many a perversion of our constitutional rule of law ( the communist union crack heads for one)....we've seen that descention in the court already, not to mention appointees that have no control over the temptations of their own brains and especially interested in their own perverted point of view instead of the rule of law.

Maybe I'm thinking way outside the box here. But, my mind says, "Sure, it's quite possible he was killed. That kind of thing happens all the time..." I, personally, bet he died of natural causes given all the facts I've seen. But, I am also well aware that governments, and or special interests, all over the world have people snuffed. See the story just before this one about the military leader in North Korea?

There's a story in social media that won't go away about naturopath doctors (I haven't really dug into this one) winding up dead: hanging from trees in fetish gear, shot in the chest floating in a river, heart attack while working out in their early 40s. They're dropping like flies apparently, or just outright disappearing. Could it be a conspiracy? Sure. Always gotta ask "cui bono?" If somebody's "fat little comforts are threatened", mind your p's and q's...

Our local e-mail tree is buzzing with the same suspicion. My first thought was a Justice of the Peace said no autopsy was necessary - really? It brought back memories of the Park Police investigating the death of Vince Foster. Hillary still overlooks things out of place when discussing that one. For years now, "heart attack" has been blames for sudden deaths, when some evidence of aerosols being used near the victim were overlooked. Quick, untraceable, perfect political solution. Then there are the "suicides", too man of which include malfunctioning radar equipment. Money and power will lead to very bad results.

My first question is always: Upon what evidence? Good grief, airline captains who just took their required 6-month Class I physical with an EKG have died in flight. I think Michael Shermer, with whom I have a number of disagreements, adequately dealt with conspiracy theories to dismiss this one.

I keep thinking back to Ron Brown, who had just before his flight out of the country, told Clinton, if he went down, so would Clinton. His radar, which had been just fine, was suspiciously not working when he left to come back to the US, and right into a mountain they went!
I still do not think the full facts of JFK Jr. have been settled. He was a charismatic young man intending to run for office - against Hillary. And, what, another radar accident? How many "suicides" happened to people who knew too much about the Clintons over the years? Was it just karma that a former Clinton bodyguard who knew way too much, was transferred to the building in Oklahoma just before it was imploded? I am not saying they are the only political family with wuch suspicions surrounding them, there have been several. But the Clintons seem to have dead bodies surrounding them like Pig Pen and his swirl of dirt.

I agree all is very suspicious, and you can add Vince Foster to your list. The Robert Kennedy case just made minor news with the 90 something year old testifying to grant parole to Sirhan because he did not do it. But the government conducts the investigations and we little people have nothing to work with. I can see the argument that Obama wants to appoint another justice and to do that one now sitting needed to go away, but in my opinion it is a far leap to (at least at this point) to believe Scalia was murdered.

As to JFK Jr., I spent 51 years in aviation, 35 as a flight instructor. My opinion, after reading the accident report is he was just another arrogant guy who thought himself to be invincible and he simply was flying a plane that was beyond his skill level in flight conditions beyond his abilities and experience level. The crime is he killed innocents instead of just himself.

Didn't anyone notice the medical signs that I did? Watch the videos of Scalia, and you'll witness the indications of pulmonary hypertension: open mouth breathing from shortness of breath (usually when he was unaware the cameras were still on him, snapping his jaw shut to look at cameras); momentary hesitation of movement, attempting to avoid instability from pending dizziness.

Scalia told others that he wasn't feeling well after a dinner at which he ate little, another indication of pending medical crisis. Much has been made over the pillow over his face, but that could have been an incidental event resulting from him passing out while attempting to move the pillow.

Senior citizens die from unexplained "natural causes" frequently, which are usually the result of already documented heart or lung distress. Sometimes doctors take typical medical symptoms as "normal" for elderly patients, resigning themselves that deteriorating health is inevitable. Shortness of breath is a strong indicator, but if the patient responds to the doctor's question (if asked) with a negative, that subjective opinion usually ends the examination.

Was there foul play? Conspiracy theorists will always find sinister elements to any significant event, and "slight evidence" nearly always exists, feeding that crowd. In Scalia's death, the evidence of a serious medical condition shouts to me, while the slight evidence is a faint whisper.

Unfortunately, the misbehavior of the reigning Liar-In-Chief and the Clintons' curious history of people winding up dead has created a climate of intense distrust among many Americans who do not suffer from the mental disorder of libtarditis.
Motive? The socialist wet dream of installing that sorely needed one more supreme court judge to fundamentally destroy America.

Note that I didn't say your suspicions are wrong. I agree that the combination of how weak the upcoming Democrat candidates for President are has created much fear among liberals their window to liberalize the SCOTUS may be closing. I also don't doubt that there are those who are entirely capable of pulling off such an execution of such a key official without a hint of guilt or remorse. All I'm saying is that the probability is more likely that this is an unfortunate coincidence.

I just felt moved to elaborate.
A circumstantial suspicion due to a government run by weasels and a judgement based on solid evidence are two different things.

I just read the clarifying statement by the local sheriff. He apologized for not realizing how his original statement could be misinterpreted. By describing the scene with the pillow "over his head" it led people to read that as "over his face." What he meant to describe was that the pillow was not under Scalia's head, but up against the headboard. In attempting to meticulously describe a death scene that did not infer a crime scene, he only fed the conspiracy theorists.

Why would anyone be surprised that PTBs would help an 89 year old man on his way to heaven. I would have thought that ginzberg would have been first to go naturally.

A side note on the selection of a replacement there is much discussion of course on the months from here to January 20th. I'll leave that for the moment except to say
There is no magic date such as an election.
    There are no qualifications except
    a. nomination by the President
    b. confirmation by the Senate
Nomination does not automatically include confirmation during recesses as the SCOTUS already pointed out to President Dumb Ass

No education, citizenship, age, or any other requirement...zero, zip, nada goose egg.

However there is a notion floating around to expand the court to nineteen

    Automatic Amendment Status
If passed by the States ...which one or one's would wait four years to be the confirming supporters if it meant...

One President selecting TEN new justices at the same time.

    Comments?

Imagine the conspiracy theories that would arise uh huh uh huh uh huh...
