President Obama strolled out to the podium today in San Jose, CA and was immediately at a loss for words. Not only did the President not have teleprompter, his aides forgot his speech.

    Really, he did appear to be pissed at the PEOPLE. PEOPLE.... The collective behind him, or was it the audience he was speaking to.

    Seriously....they handed him a single piece of paper with what?? 3 bullet points?? Did he even know where he was and what the topic at hand was? I'm surprised Valerie Jarret's head didn't pop out of his breast pocket and start telling him what to say.
