Not that I dispute the finding that economic freedom is declining, but the source of the report is biased in favor of the GOP so they blame Obama alone. The cause of the decline started long before Obama and much the responsibility goes to Republicans.
Both the GOP and the Dems are equally guilty of crushing individual liberty and free markets to favor those who provide funding for their campaigns, and promises of employment after they leave office.
The Heritage Foundation,is just as biased against leaders who truly defend liberty and promote free markets as most liberal "think tanks". (Apologies for the use of the term "think" in reference to the looters behind this misinformation propaganda.).
