They can by virtue of controlling lending rates, yes. And the current rules are putting many lenders out of business.

- 1Posted by $ blarman 8 years, 2 months agoAbsolutely correct, because the laws which restrict lending are targeting these vendors by focusing on the short-term nature - and corresponding rates - of these institutions.
