"The Administration has now lost all credibility on this..." NYT editorial

This from the editorial board of the New York Times: "The administration has now lost all credibility on this issue. Mr. Obama is proving the truism that the executive will use any power it is given and very likely abuse it."

Also: "this fundamentally shifts power between the individual and the state, and repudiates constitutional principles governing search, seizure and privacy."

If the editorial board of the New York Times is saying, we must be very, very far gone...

Really interesting to know that, Khalling. When I read a Facebook post, it said "lost all credibility." Then, I went to get the editorial and it said, "on this issue." I assumed that the poster had dropped the qualification and felt that that was misleading. No idea that the Times itself changed it.

Normally, the New York Times has to correct their errors with the truth.

This time they are correcting the truth with an error.

We are living in an alternative universe....
