Right Wingers more dangerous than Islamists
The one thing in this article missing is the mention of "Right Wing" terrorism, (as in who, when and where). To my knowledge from other researchers (sorry, no links at hand) is that these Right wingers were not right winger at all. They were democrats, socialists, marxist or just plain nuts...not one was a republican. (that only matters in this article and in heads of liberal progressive democrats).

About 490,000 died in traffic accidents in the US in that period.Ten thousand times more killed in traffic accidents than by those terrifying right wingers.
"between 210,000 and 440,000 patients each year who go to the hospital for care suffer some type of preventable harm that contributes to their death" according to a study by the Journal of Patient Safety. Assuming the most conservative of that range, 2,940,000 may have died from medical mistakes in the same period.
If you must be afraid, right wingers appear to be pretty benign.
