In my town there are some politicians who do not think a new upscale mall should be built when the current mall down the road is going out of business. My statement to them is that they killed the old mall when they allowed public busing to drop off people from poor communities, which scared away all the shoppers who have money. Now there is a movie theater going into this new mall that doesn't even let children under 21 to attend without an adult to keep control of the movie theater experience. I am happy about the new mall, because it means that I don't have to share shopping space with people who use public transportation, or see movies with a bunch of snot nosed kids.
