I hate to rub it in, but fresh tomatoes and fesh baby mozzarella and pepper and fresh basil and a spritz of balsamic. tonight in the Baja

Love Capresi - just hate the tomatoes. And not merely a spritz of balsamic - drenched is best!

    Thank you. I figured that was what was meant. Love the stuff, especially when wrapped around a slice of prosciutto. I was plinking on misspelling of 'fresh'. kh knew what I meant and demonstrated her restraint by not commenting.
