Could she still run for prez (assuming she's the nominee) if she's on trial? If she gets elected during the trial, could she be impeached anyway? If she's impeached or forced legally to resign/withdraw, would that mean her running mate would become the president-elect by default?
Personally, I think it would be worth the price of admission to see the media go berserk if she's indicted.
Obummer would pardon her during this process. Even if she were indicted for EVERYTHING!
It would become the scandal subject of worldwide scorn.

That's called a Nuremberg Defense and it is not a defense but an open admission of guilt and acknowledgement of having committed a criminal act - with a plea for clemency usually attached.
Hillary has no such defense not even the Nuremberg version. UNLESS she was given a a similar order and that would mean Obama. As the Senior Officer in the State Department She answered only to the President.
