Reagan and Lincoln tied for first
Seventeen others tied for second best
Twenty-three others tied for third best
Carter was the fourth best
Obama is the 5th best

It's kinda funny, but the fact that he's even on this list dramatically overshadows the humor.

Not that bizarre if you parse it out. "This century" began in 2000 or 2001 depending on your definition. And Obama's voice is the only thing about him that pleases me.

I beginning to think that one of the things that keeps me alive is my utter hatred of this man. I never believed in hatred since it takes up a lot of energy and bears no fruit.
