yes, given that the attacker was a female minority, and the victim a white person, it is unlikely that any civil rights violation will ever be brought, even though it was the young lady's right to freely express her opinion that was attacked.
1) minority woman, 2) a progressive supported position. No way. Had this been a white male who ripped a gun control sticker off a car - he would have been terminated immediately.
