    Most people think we export oil not true since 1970's and the natural stockpile buy cheap foreign days of the every other day fill up crisis. Now with the addition of he SW Texas oil fields and falling price of oil that handicap has been removed.
    Question is if we can export and could for a long time why were we importing at all??
