    I was a quarter-miler at a decent pace (<56 seconds
    or so) but can only envy, now, with emphysema. -- j

    I resolve to run a consistent 6:50 mile for 3.1 miles this year and to finish a sprint Tri under 1:20:30.

    You're resolution is to make no resolutions. Good one. It's an election year. Instead of resolution I'm concentrating on Revolution. Happy new year John.
