In the final stretch of enrolling Americans in ObamaCare, the administration is lagging far behind its own goals -- leaving uncertain whether the program is attracting enough people for the system to work.

The Department of Health and Human Services reported Tuesday that more than 940,000 people signed up in February, bringing the total enrollment number to 4.2 million. That's well short of the unofficial goal of signing up 7 million by the end of open enrollment on March 31.

HHS and Obama can't (read that won't_ see the handwriting on the wall. this monstrosity won't work!

I'm with you, but don't expect anything to change for another 3 years, unless there's a change in the CinC. While the senate may change, it's very unlikely to be veto proof, so any change would need to be signed - and that's not going to happen.

Unless, we can pull off a convention of the states to propose amendments to the constitution. That might do the trick.

I know. But if the damn thing collapses under its' own weight perhaps something of the od America can be salvaged. People are fired up now so now is the time to make all of the gains possible.
